Eurocom CI is an umbrella body with the DBS, meaning that we have direct access to initiate, track and obtain results, and are inspected and audited to check our processes are compliant. Our knowledge and expertise in this area has allowed us to create and deliver an excellent employer account e-Bulk system for DBS applications.
Our Employer account e-Bulk service allows employers who want to check more than 10 DBS candidates a year take control of the entire process. Clients are provided with their own secure control panel from which they can monitor the progress of their applications and - more importantly - see the results as they come in. Standard Disclosures and Enhanced Disclosures are normally completed around 48 hours.

Eurocom CI turnaround times from when we receive completed checks to countersigning are excellent. Our latest KPI reports show that we countersign 100% of our enhanced checks within 1 calendar day. The average time for a check result to be received is around 48 hours. The Process

Add candidate to the Employment Check system directly
Candidate receives automatic email to log in and complete their application
ID verifier receives automatic notification to log in and ID verify
Eurocom countersigns
DBS issue certificates to candidate home address AND the client will get email notification of whether or not to wait to see original DBS certificate
LOW VOLUME USERS 10 -100 CHECKS
Add candidate by initiating on the order link above
Eurocom CI will check the position and eligibility and add to the Employment check system
Candidate receives automatic email to log in and complete their application
ID verifier receives automatic notification to log in and ID verify
Eurocom countersigns

Pricing for DBS Employer account e-bulk services
The DBS prices will be increasing on 2 Dec 2024, any DBS checks ordered today must be ID verified by 29 Nov 2024. If they are ID verified after this date, we can process them, but we will be in touch for payment of the difference in the DBS cost - an additional £3.50 for DBS Basics/Standard and £11.50 for DBS Enhanced.
