Eurocom CI is an umbrella body with the DBS, meaning that we have direct access to initiate, track and obtain results, and are inspected and audited to check our processes are compliant. Our knowledge and expertise in this area has allowed us to create and deliver a superior e-Bulk system for DBS applications.
Our e-Bulk service allows employers who want to check more than 10 DBS candidates a year take control of the entire process. Clients are provided with their own secure control panel from which they can add new candidates, monitor the progress of their applications and - more importantly - see the results as they come in. Standard Disclosures are normally completed within 48 hours, whilst the Enhanced Disclosure ranges from 2 to 5 working days.

Our turnaround times from when we receive completed checks to countersigning are excellent. Our latest KPI reports show that we countersign 100% of our enhanced checks within 1 calendar day. 48% of our check results are received within one calendar day - the average number of days for a check result to be received is 9.9 days. We are always undertaking development to reduce our turnaround time and we hope to make further efficiencies on this on an ongoing basis to keep providing the very best service to our clients.
Not only that, but you will deal with real people who will give advice and not refer you to guidelines. Our approach to customer relationships is led by our clients. While we prefer more regular contact, we appreciate that some people prefer us to just be behind the scenes and do the job. All clients will be assigned a dedicated account manager.
The Process
Our system is perfectly designed to accommodate both high volume and low volume users - those making many checks at once, and those making only a few, or one. The process is slightly different for each.
HIGH VOLUME USERS
- Add candidate to the Employment Check system
- Candidate receives automatic email to log in and complete their application
- ID verifier receives automatic notification to log in and ID verify
- Eurocom countersigns
- DBS issue certificates to candidate home address but the client will get email notification
LOW VOLUME USERS
- Add candidate to the Employment Check system
- Eurocom double check the position and eligibility and add to the Employment check system
- Candidate receives automatic email to log in and complete their application
- ID verifier receives automatic notification to log in and ID verify
- Eurocom countersigns
- DBS issue certificates to candidate home address but the client will get email notification
