Our Net Zero ambition is aligned with the UK Government’s legally binding targets and reflects our belief that sustainability is essential to long-term success — for our business, our clients, and the communities we serve.
How We’re Tackling Emissions
We’re taking a proactive, transparent approach to reduce our environmental footprint:

Data Hosting
Our infrastructure is hosted via Google Cloud Platform (GCP), which operates on 100% renewable energy and is certified Carbon Neutral. All data storage and processing are aligned with sustainability best practices. -
Remote-First Operations
We operate a primarily remote-first model, significantly reducing the carbon emissions associated with commuting and physical office use. -
Smart Procurement
We prioritise suppliers who share our sustainability values and are taking steps to decarbonise their own operations — such as cloud providers with Net Zero targets and eco-certified software vendors. -
Energy Efficiency
Our internal technology stack is designed for efficiency and scale, avoiding unnecessary compute usage, reducing idle processing time, and supporting low-bandwidth user journeys.

Partnering for a Greener NHS
As part of our work with NHS organisations, we are proud to support the wider goals of Greener NHS and NHS Net Zero by 2040. By providing digital screening services that reduce paper usage, travel, and manual administration, we help clients make meaningful reductions to their Scope 3 emissions.
