We are a family-run business, with strong family values. The business was initially set up by Paul Carratu in 2007. Paul’s career had predominantly been in corporate intelligence, so employee screening services was a complimentary addition to his ongoing ventures. In 2016, Paul retired and the business was bought by Jagriti Patwari. Jagriti is a chartered accountant by profession and her invaluable skills from working in a highly regulated profession have been put to good use in the employee screening business.
We pride ourselves on the relationships we build with clients. Through both our personable customer service and well-designed software, we have been a consistent partner to many companies for a number of years. That is because we never stop thinking: we are always looking for new techniques, new software, new technology which will allow us to make the life of our clients even easier.

Meet the Team
Jagriti is, of course, the big chief here at Eurocom. She is both a chartered Accountant and Tax Adviser and purchased Eurocom in 2016. Her skills and attributes from the Accountancy world have been transferred over into the Employee Screening world, making her the ideal Director at Eurocom. She is largely responsible for business strategy and finance. Although she is the Boss, Jagriti is known in the office as the Fridge – because she is always so chilled! Jagriti is a keen traveller, she boxes, and she loves a board game. Her favourite food is Vietnamese.
Employee Screening and DBS Manager
Sabina has joined Eurocom in July 2022 to continue her career in Employment Screening sector. She brings broad spectrum of expertise backed by over 10 years of experience in Background Checking industry. Sabina drives exceptional customer service alongside continues improvement by assuring high operating standards. Outside of work she spends her time with two and four-legs family members hiking, traveling or watching k-dramas. Her favourite food is seafood and Japanese cuisine.
Naresh is a Eurocom CI shareholder and takes care of the company’s finances. Naresh enjoys watching cricket and spending time with his family, including his granddaughter. His favourite food is anything vegetarian.
Senior DBS Analyst
Lindsey is the longest standing member of staff and has been with Eurocom since 2015. Lindsey has a great working knowledge of all areas of the business but specialises in processing DBS checks for our individual customers. She is our office butterfly who loves a morning catch-up with the team and helping our customers with their queries. When Lindsey isn’t at work, she is swimming, doing Yoga and practicing her new hobby Calligraphy! This is all on top of being a mum to her two girls. Her favourite food is Tandoori Chicken followed by a Lemon Tart
Meet the Customer Service Team
Annie joined Eurocom in October 2021 as the Executive Assistant. She oversees office administration and Human capital management within the Nigeria office, ensuring the consistent growth and improvement of the team. With more than 7 years of managerial experience, like a button, Annie holds everything together. She is knowledgeable on most areas of the Business, as she supports the DBS, Screening and customer service team, no wonder we call her the Ticket queen. She enjoys music, drawing and driving at high speed !
Sandra is a Customer Service Strategist, who joined the Eurocom team as a DBS Analyst in March 2022 bringing her wealth of experience in Customer Relationship Management from the Telecommunication and Financial Services Industries. She deploys her skills in delivering personable customer service via email or phone, while keeping it professional. Sandra Specializes in processing DBS applications from our eBulk clients. If you ring our office, Sandra is likely to answer the phone to assist resolve your queries. When she is not providing customer support at work, Sandra loves to cook and try out new food recipes.
Employee Screening Analyst
Emmanuel, who joined Eurocom in February 2022, brings with him more than 10 years of customer experience as well as expertise in process management from the Banking and Telecoms industries. He has received training in internal control and compliance, and when performing his tasks as a Screening Analyst, he constantly exhibits great professionalism, proper SLA/TAT management, and attention to detail. He enjoys making others laugh, mentoring, exchanging ideas, loves Chelsea FC, and dancing.
Employee Screening Analyst
Robert, who joined the team in November 2021, approaches his work with a sense of duty and enthusiasm. Robert brings dynamics to employment screening as a Screening Analyst. He has over 6 years of customer service experience and is trained certified in international human resource management. Robert enjoys going to the gym, watching football, and listening to good music when he is not screening.
Customer Service Assistant
Ibukun resumed work with Eurocom in December 2021, supporting our employment screening clients. Known in the office as "IBK". She is a trained media personality with great interpersonal skills and over 5 years’ experience as a Customer Service Advisor. Ibukun engages with our customers to resolve all employment screening queries. When Ibukun is closed from work, she enjoys sitting out with friends and dancing. Ibukun is always the Life of the party and her favourite day of the week is Friday!
In November 2021, Florence joined the Eurocom team and brought with her a wealth of knowledge from the customer service sector. Florence is dedicated and passionate about resolving your DBS-related queries.
She performs a crucial duty in efficiently setting up your individual DBS checks. Florence, who is always delighted to help, is likely to answer the phone if you call our office. Cooking, relaxing, and spending time with loved ones are some of her favourite pastimes.
