ISA Registration - Are you ready?
It is now a criminal offence for individuals barred by the ISA to work or apply to work with children or vulnerable adults in a wide range of posts - including most NHS jobs, Prison Service, education and childcare care homes etc.
From the 1st July 2010 new employees and those changing jobs in a regulated activity will need to start applying for ISA-registration to beat the mandatory requirement for November 2010. Employers will have the opportunity to phase all other staff into the scheme from 2011. Full deatils of the ISA Registration can be download by clicking here.
